Centralised PMO with Phased Rollout
Established a centralised PMO governance framework with bi-weekly steering committees, vendor scorecards, and real-time program dashboards. Phased rollout starting with infrastructure, then cloud PMS, then security hardening. Each layer had to be stable before the next one started.
